Community Surgical Associates is the medical practice of Glenn A. Kline, DO, General Surgeon. Located in the heart of Lancaster County Pennsylvania, Dr. Kline is a specialist in the practice of General and Vascular surgery, particularly the VNUS Closure™ procedure for the treatment of varicose veins and venous reflux disease. He is board certified in General Surgery with his main focus on laparoscopic procedures, as well as breast biopsy and the treatment of breast cancer, colon-rectal surgery, thyroid, removal of cysts, and treatment of wounds and burns to name a few.

As you browse through our site, you will notice that we have two convenient offices to serve our patients; our main office is in Lancaster, located on Good Drive, and our Brownstown/Ephrata office is located just off of route 222 at Schaum's Corner. Our Lancaster office is easily accessible by all major routes, with a large off-street parking area which is free of charge.

Serving the Lancaster community for more than 20 years, it is our goal to provide a level of surgical care above and beyond what is expected of the average physician, with patients as our number one priority. Our office staff is always happy to assist you with any scheduling questions, as well as any pre and post surgical arrangements. Our staff will facilitate all insurance issues. The staff assist with all pre-certifications with your insurance carrier, managed care organization, Medicare or Medicaid. All claims will be filed for you and any supplemental policies will be submitted for you as well. Our staff prides itself on being friendly, helpful and timely.
